Back Office Solutions bundles bookkeeping and payroll into one plan at a lower combined rate than purchasing each service on its own. If you only need one function — say, payroll without bookkeeping — the standalone plans let you pay for just that.
Yes. You can move between Essential, Growth, and Complete tiers at any time as your transaction volume or team size grows — changes take effect from your next billing cycle.
Annual plans are billed once per year at a 15% discount compared to paying monthly, and run for the 12-month term. If you'd rather stay flexible, every plan is also available month to month.
We'll flag it before it affects your billing. You can either move up to the next tier, or add transactions and employees individually as add-ons — whichever works better for your business.
No long-term contracts. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time; annual plans run for the 12-month term you've paid for, with the option to switch tiers at renewal.
